Corey the wine maker of Evolve Wines produces some of our region’s finest wines with minimalist winemaking methods. He hand-selects local fruit from Colorado’s best vineyards and make wine in small batches with minimal human intervention. The unfiltered wines are natural, complex, tart, juicy, and elegant.
