TWP located at 3334 F Rd. Find the bronze TWP sign on the North side of HWY 6 right at the start of the over ramp heading East. It's a tight turn down the dirt road running parallel to HWY 6.

They hand-select local fruit from Colorado’s best vineyards and make wine in small batches with minimal human intervention. Their unfiltered wines are natural, complex, tart, juicy, and elegant.

Pronounced “Temp-rah-nee-yo”.
“87 Points Wine Spectator”
Not your typical turbo charged fruit bomb. This wine has been aged for 26 months in old French oak barrels. It is full bodied with aromas and flavors of leather, plum and tobacco characters, like a classic old Spanish red wine. Drink now or cellar for more than 10 years. Limited quantities of only 170 cases were produced.
Best pairings are with braised, stewed or roasted meats, or game birds with a fruit sauce.
2017 SMV
Syrah, Mourvedre, Viognier
The SMV is a blend of 85% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre, 5% Viognier. The Syrah and Viognier were crushed and fermented (co-fermented) and aged together for 18 months in French oak barrels. The Mourvedre was aged for 17 months in French oak barrels. This wine has an explosion of aromas and flavors of white pepper, berry fruits, figs and hint of orange blossom. Drink now or cellar for 10 years. Limited quantity of only 170 cases were produced.
Best pairings are grilled lamb, smoked pork shoulder or spicy grilled eggplant.
2020 Mourvèdre
Pronounced “More-veh-drha”.
Beaujolais Nouveau inspired. Carbonic maceration for 15 days. Grapes were pressed before yeast was added, fermented for 20 days to dryness. Aged in old French oak barrels for 6 months. Bottled with no fining or filtration. This wine is fruit forward but complex with flavors of cherry, tarragon, hints of violet, orange zest and dried figs with soft a tannin finish. This is a drink now wine. Very limited quantity, only 55 cases were produced.
Best Pairings are charcutier especially Brie and Camembert, seared duck breast with cherries or figs. Vegetarian dishes with butter squash or sweet potato.
2019 cabernet franc
Made from Entav Inra’s 214 and 327 clones. Fermented to dryness on skins for 14 days, pressed to barrels and aged for 18 months in old used French Oak barrels. Bottled with no fining or filtration. This wine is full bodied with aromas and flavors of raspberry, bell pepper and plum fruits. Vanilla and a hint of cashew nut with soft tannin’s round out the finish. Drink now or cellar for 5-7 years. Very limited quantity, only 55 cases were produced.
Best Pairings are feathered game like pigeon or pheasant, grilled asparagus or artichoke’s, goat
or sheep cheeses, terrine or pâté.
2017 tempranillo
Fermented on skins for 18 days in open top fermentations. Punch downs were performed 5 times a day. Aged in old French oak barrels for 36 months. Bottled with no fining or filtration. This wine has very limited sulfites, a blend of art and science. This wine is full bodied with aromas and flavors of cherry, dark chocolates, dried figs and tobacco. Soft tannins with a long finish. Very limited quantity, only 76 cases were produced.
Best Pairings are grilled meats with a smoky-spicy flavor, tomato-based dishes especially
Lasagna, Manchego or Aged Parmesan cheeses, Butternut squash Tortellini.
