To receive our Best Available Rate at any time of year, we recommend booking directly with us on our website, or contacting us at shari@twpwinery.com,  303.875.9609.  While oftentimes we require 2-night minimum stays during the “peak season” of April-October, or during local special events, we want to do everything we can to exceed your needs. 

Whole House Rental is available and encouraged during your special event. The Whole House accommodates 8 people and will be assessed an additional $125 per person in excess of 8 persons per night. If events are held outside of a previously contracted event for more than the 8 guests reserved at the Plaas Huis, the guest of the Plaashuis will be responsible for additional event insurance for the event.

No confetti will be allowed in the Plaas Huis. No items or decorations are to be taped or hung on the walls, doors or windows of the Plaas Huis. An additional $150 cleaning fee of such items will be assessed at check-out.

We love children and have 5 of our own.  We want to make sure you take care of you, as we understand that need can be displaced because of our love for them. To support you, we are a child free Huis. Children over the age of 12 and under 1, are allowed with a whole house reservation.

Check in/out times are 4-6pm on arrival and 11am on departure.  If you cannot arrive at at your scheduled time, please contact us so we can accommodate.



Canine friends are welcome.  We have a $125 per pet non refundable fee with a two pet maximum.  Pets must be on leash anywhere in or around the property. If you leave your room or the property to explore the farm and surrounding areas, pets must be kenneled and my not be left unattended.  You are responsible for your pets behavior and waste disposal. Please help us keep our furniture pet free by bringing your pets favorite blanket or bed.



To ensure all rejuvenate their senses, if sharing the Plaas Huis, our kitchen and great room will be lights out from 10:30pm until 8am. Please limit excessive noise outside after 10:30pm until 8am at all times.



We know now more than ever our souls need nurtured with a safe place to do it. The Plaas Huis prides itself in continuing to provide exceptionally high cleanliness standards.  We have also adopted items recommended by the CDC and use EPA approved disinfectants.  We will not enter any guests rooms during any stay, however if you have a need for fresh towels or garbage retrieval, etc., please contact us.  We are practicing social distancing, and wearing masks at all times.  If the Huis is shared, you are required to social distance and wear masks in common areas.  Throughout the day we'll be sanitizing door knobs, light switches and common area surfaces.  We can accommodate self check in for whole Huis bookings. Please contact us for this option and we will not enter the home during whole Huis bookings, unless requested. If you are feeling ill or have a fever, please stay home, rest and be well!  We will happily re-schedule you for a later date or offer a full credit voucher with no expiration. 



We charge for your requested stay in full at the time of booking.  Local Hospitality Taxes, Fee's and Experiences (if purchased) will be assessed at time of departure.  Credit Card Fee's will be waved for checks or cash.  Please contact us for this option, a credit card number will be needed to hold your room until arrival.

Every reservation we receive is important and special to us.  We take great care in preparing for your arrival - from room preparation to creating your custom experiences.  We sincerely appreciate each reservation we receive!  It means we've committed to have your room ready and available upon your arrival.

While we understand that life isn't always predictable and that plans change, we do request that you contact us no less than 30 (thirty) days prior to your check-in date to let us know of your changes.  Whole Plaas Huis bookings require a 60 (sixty) day notice prior to your check-in date to let us know of your changes. 

Any reservation updates and/or cancellations received less than 30 (thirty) days for single rooms and 60 (sixty) days for the entire Huis prior to your check-in date, will result in the loss of your deposit.  

Cancellations prior to 30 days for single rooms and 60 days for the whole house will result in a 5% processing fee of the total amount of your deposit.



Whole Plaas Huis is a $225 fee and individual rooms are $60. If your stay exceeds 3 days you may request and additional cleaning for $100.
